Hey Ladies! Coming to you with another one of my favorite recipes to feed my large family! Tamale pie can be made with any meat but our favorite is shredded chicken or ground beef!  You will need: 1 box of Jiffy Mix 1 egg 1 can of cream corn 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 lb of ground beef or shredded chicken taco seasoning 1 can of enchilada sauce Bell peppers (1-2) 1 onion Shredded cheese! Happy Monday! The Ollangg house is having my version of stuffed peppers! Stuffed Peppers!!!
