I am sorry but not even the best 5 star pizza restaurant in your area holds a candle to this "struggle meal".  If you asked me which "struggle meals" I would still eat if I were rich-- This pizza casserole made of your favorite toppings (Or, what you have on hand if this is a TRUE struggle meal) and tater tots would definitely be on the list.
